Hus Kingpin’s legend is well-earned and unlike a sanctioned Olympic sport or one nation’s chosen teams? Hus is an international man of many talents, with no one nation to call home. As per usual his A&R work shows and proves to be the best on this “session” (the first of how many sessions? Only HUS knows!). With beat selections from Santana Fox, the beautiful & exceptionally talented producer who happens to be the daughter of Mobb Deep member Prodigy (may his soul rest in eternal Peace!) from NY, OWLTREE — another of those “WAVO” representers known for that heat from Michigan State to DANI (also the creative co-director on the visuals for this project alongside Hus), who hails from the UK.
All the tracks stand out, I can’t say one is greater than another, this is a whole piece, a full Gold Medal in and of itself, and before U get a chance to feel the weight of THE OLYMPICS TAPE in your headphones or test the karats on the Gold? Another SESSION will have dropped so don’t sleep or slumber.
Anything from Hus is always wavy, ’cause … bitch, it’s WAVO! He’s a WINNER he’s part of the Winners and it’s the listener who’ll be winning on today. No flight to Paris is needed, no overpriced hotels, not a time to worry about how to get to the Olympic stadiums or venues — U don’t even have to choose a fave team or country or sport.

A lenda de Hus Kingpin é bem merecida e, ao contrário de um esporte olímpico sancionado ou das equipes escolhidas por uma nação? Hus é um homem internacional de muitos talentos, sem uma nação para chamar de lar. Como de costume, seu trabalho de A&R mostra e prova ser o melhor nessa “sessão” (a primeira de quantas sessões? Só HUS sabe!). Com seleções de batidas de Santana Fox, a bela e excepcionalmente talentosa produtora que, por acaso, é filha do membro do Mobb Deep, Prodigy (que sua alma descanse em paz eterna!), de Nova York, OWLTREE — outro dos representantes do “WAVO”, conhecido por seu calor do estado de Michigan — e DANI (também codiretora criativa dos visuais desse projeto ao lado de Hus), que vem do Reino Unido.
Todas as faixas se destacam, não posso dizer que uma é melhor do que a outra, essa é uma obra completa, uma medalha de ouro completa por si só, e antes que você tenha a chance de sentir o peso da fita dos Jogos Olímpicos em seus fones de ouvido ou testar os quilates do ouro? Outra SESSÃO terá sido lançada, portanto, não durma nem cochile.
